Our sales and service representatives conduct site assessments at each facility to determine placement of collection bins, shipping locations and storage areas. Site assessment’s ensure collection containers are placed in areas that optimize efficiency and collection rates.

Collection methods and shipment of used devices from healthcare facilities to our reprocessing site were established in consideration of EPA, OSHA, DOT and other regulatory authorities.

All incoming devices are sorted and identified. An initial visual inspection is performed for visible damage or excessive soil.

All devices are marked with a unique identifier prior to entering or after the cleaning process. A unique identifier details the number of times the device has been reprocessed and provides information on device lifecycle.
